HIGH SCHOOL BUDDY PROGRAMME
The Women in Engineering Buddy Programme aims to build a fun and supportive community to help year 11 & 12 female students explore STEM subjects.
The programme will connect the high school students with university students at each event to build connections and networks with each other. This will help bridge the gap between the two stages of their academic life.
Buddies are invited to 6 events throughout the year, including social events to get to know the other buddies, hands-on activities to try different types of engineering, and opportunities to hear from working engineers about their day-to-day experience.
All events will be held after school starting around 4pm, with the exception of Enginuity Day – which is held during the school holidays.
Note that students do not have to be able to attend all events, just come when you are available!
